rough week

its been a long week. First the good. Sean and Mandy got hitched last Sat. Gooooood times. Now the not soo good. my eyes have been acting a little crazy. its not fun they dialayted my puples so everything is kind of fuzzy. NOT FUN. My dad also went in the hospital. they are going to keep him forthe weekend. not fun.

What up. good weekend. Got to the beach on Sunday morning to surf with my good friend bill. Waist high with a little bump to it. No worries still sooo fun just good to get wet and hang with bill and his lovely lady Kate. Then home to chill for a few and off to a BBQ at my parents house. My sis Rose and my nephew Adam are in tow from FL.. Good to see them. Good fun good food and great family! Here is a shot of me and my great niece Elizabeth.

Hey all. Went to my frinds wedding yesterday WHAT A GREAT TIME!! Charles joined the HZ team about 2 or 3 years ago. We meet him at the Becon cross race. He is a super cool guy and his new wife is just as chill and laidback as he is. Here are a few pics.
